• tourist agencies for coach rental for scheduled excursions.

What it offers:

The ability to travel from a hotel to a predetermined destination (i.e.. the city centre, harbour, waterpark) and back, and at predetermined departure times (place to place service).

How it works:

Customers are informed by hotel reception staff of our services with the aid of flyers and presentations. A specific application may also be used to provides the necessary information about the program.

How is a booking made?

Customers can easily book their seats on the predetermined routes with the help of the hotel receptionist:

• The online booking system is provided a name, phone, and e-mail
• The “voucher” is printed, showing all the necessary information
• The fee is paid

How is the availability of seats checked?

The online booking system enables you to check the availability of seats at any given time.

Is it possible to change route time?

If there are seats available, it is possible to change routes within the same day at no extra charge and in accordance with the terms stated in the “voucher”. It is necessary, however, for the change to be made on the online booking system via the hotel receptionist or our customer service representative.

What does the customer receive?

• a “voucher” when booking a seat
• a receipt from the bus driver
